3. Guide on how to use PAIA
The Information Regulator has compiled a guide in terms of Section 10 of PAIA containing information to assist individuals wishing to exercise any right under PAIA. The guide is available at https://inforegulator.org.za.

Nanoretech Processing maintains records in the following categories (access subject to formal PAIA request procedure):

Financial & Taxation: Audited statements, tax returns, accounting ledgers, invoices.

5. Procedure to Request Access to Records
A requester requiring access to a record held by Nanoretech Processing must complete Form 2 (Prescribed Request Form) available on the Information Regulator website.
Submit the completed form to the Information Officer via email at info@nanoretech.com.
The requester must provide sufficient detail on the form to enable the Information Officer to identify the record and the requester, and specify the right being exercised or protected.
Prescribed fees may apply prior to processing the request as set by the Information Regulator.
